Let see. Last night I went with Becky to look at some pianos. We'd agreed going in that we wouldn't buy, but when we got there and starting looking, Becky started thinking. We never did buy, but I think it was closer than I was expecting. Maybe next year...
We left from piano shopping and went to her grad student's place for a party. I was O.K. with the whole thing and even had a glass of wine. I did a lot of talking to various guests and family members (one is getting their E.E. degree, so he had a lot of questions). After an hour or so, however, I started feeling a little poorly and we left within the half hour. I think the wine was too much (hey, it was only one glass!). I was a little quesy and was quickly getting a headache. We stopped at the store along the way and picked up some vanilla Ensure and some generic cough / antihistamine medicine. I was burning hot in the car and climbed into bed, clothes and all, and was just shivering cold! That subsided after 5 minutes or so and I slept fitfully for an hour or more until about 21:00. I got up, downed a quick Ensure, took a dose of the new meds and climbed back into bed. I think I got the best nights sleep so far!
I woke up this morning feeling great, around 07:50, just after Becky left for class. I spent the morning checking e-mail and doing some other work related stuff on the laptop. I had another breakfast of Cream of Wheat and two glasses of Orange juice. Uummm good! Becky got home around noon and I made a frozen blueberry, strawberry shake mix, vanilla ice cream and milk shake. It was great. Becky also boiled me some little russet red potatoes and mashed them up with cheddar cheese, milk and butter. I was a little disappointed. Nothing on Becky's cooking, but I wanted more flavor. I'm just not going to get it with my mouth like this. :(

I tried smiling again. I think it's working! I took these in the hallway because my mom wanted me to a have lighter background for more contrast. Unfortunately, they're a little dark. I suppose it's all digital and I could re-take them, but I'm not going to!
After lunch, Bekcy and I took the dogs to the levy and played a little frisbee with them. We weren't out too long and I wanted to come back home. No pictures from the levy, but we did let the dogs get into their pool and I've got some pictures from that!
