Here are some images from the day after. I can't honestly say if these were taken on the 6th or 7th, but I don't think anybody really cares. What's important to notice is that I'm eating (drinking, actually).
Becky said I did a lot of sleeping that day. Whenever I could, I communicated with her by writing on a tablet. I was still fairly groogy, so I wasn't the most verbose or prosaic person.

Finally, around 17:00, the evening nurse, Chris, came in and said, if we wanted to, I could go home. I hadn't seen Philippe since that morning, but we came up with a list of questions that Chris had answered for us and we decided to head on outa there! I think I was in our house around 18:30 or so. I got to eat my first "homecooked" meal (SlimFast) and sleep in my own bed again (get used to it, there are a lot of these).
